My Real Estate Business Plan

Ever notice how some new licensees seem to make fewer false starts than others?

Old timers in the business are often astounded by the ability of some newly licensed individuals to generate
business, learn the necessary computer programs, and generally get off to a much faster start that they did
back in the day.  What do these early bloomers know that the rest of us did not?

Read all the reasons why you need a personal business plan,
then order a business plan outline  prepared specifically for real estate sales associates .

CULTURAL DIVERSITY

If anyone in your organization has ever attempted to “Christian down” a seller’s price or referred to a do-it-yourselfer’s renovation attempt as “Indian rigged”, cultural diversity awareness training is probably needed.
This course tackles the cultural bias bred into all of us that can, if unchecked, lead to ill will within the office
and lost listings and sales.

MEDIATION PRIOR TO ARBITRATION

The mediation process has been found by many REALTOR®  associations to significantly reduce the necessity for arbitration between members. It is less expensive, and usually results in less animosity between the parties involved. This course is designed to explain the mediation process to potential mediation panel members, but has been found to be informative by associations considering making mediation before arbitration mandatory and by individual real estate offices looking for a method for resolving disputes between agents within the same office.
